I just finished reading the remarkable story of Bella's fight against cancer and it is a great affirmation of the power of God. I got goose-bumps as I was reading parts of the book. Anytime that children are seriously ill, it is the most painful thing to witness as an adult. You cannot help but feel that it shouldn't be the children to suffer from the illness, as innocent and full of love that they are, and as an adult you want to be able to take their pain from them. As a father myself, I admire Bella's family for their amazing faith and for giving me the inspiration to be better in my own faith in God.Product details

The story and inspiration this book conveys is five stars no doubt... anyone who reads this will undoubtedly fall in love with Bella and her family. I also found the author (who is Dad to Bella) very honest and open about his faith, and only through this painful trial did he grow to truly understand what faith really is. Ok, I hate to even mention it because the book itself was such a great story, but the typos and run on sentences should have been edited/corrected before hitting the press. The book badly needed editing to make it a smoother read, and it's a shame that such an excellent story was not "tweaked" and misspelled words caught...BUT, all that being said, it's certainly worth reading because the message is tremendous.
Loved reading this book. It brought to light why Bella was such a special little girl and why she made such an impact in everyones lives that she touched.
I was moved to tears at several points throughout the book and actually found myself saying "thank you God" for the remarkable miracle that this family receives. Any parent can easily relate to the horror of seeing their child paralyzed and invaded by terminal cancer. Yet, this real life story reminds us that miracles really can and do happen and what can be seen with the power of prayer. The book reads easily and you won't want to put it down. Very inspirational and I intend to buy many copies for my friends and church group. This will make a great Christmas present this year.
What an incredible story. This brave beautiful little girl is such a blessing. Very smart of the family to document things as they happen, then your story is more accurate. Didn't care for the end of the book because it got off the topic of the child and her journey. Still a very good book that I found hard to put down till the end.
This story is both powerful and compelling! It is a must read for anyone who considers themselves a person of faith.
My husband told me about this little girl's story and her love of the Miami Heat. I googled her and found out her daddy wrote this book about Bella. It was very inspirational. May God bless Bella and her family. Thank you, Mr. Torres for your book and your faith.
WOW is all I can about this book. Please consider ordering it online, buying it in store, or even on your (which is what I did) ... It is one of the most beautiful & inspiring books I have EVER read ... and I read A LOT. Profits go to pediatric cancer research & chatiry. It's a truly incredible story. You won't regret it! It will truly inspire you & make you believe in miracles again ...
